Santa Ana High School Teacher Accused of Sex with Student

ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA — Alvar Albert Gonzalez, 45, a teacher at Santa Ana High School, was taken into custody Friday, on suspicion of unlawful sex with a student, multiple news outlets reported. Gonzalez allegedly met the victim during her fresman year in high school and allegedly had sex with her at least nine times during school lunch breaks. An investigation also revealed he kissed a second female student. Gonzalez was initially placed on administrative leave, and has since been fired. Police believe there could be additional victims, and are asking them to contact detectives at the Santa Ana Police Department at 714-245-8542.
