Chico Man Charged with Eight Counts of Sexual Abuse

BUTTE COUNTY, CA – 39-year-old Charles J. Trueblood, of Chico, was arrested last week after police found evidence that he molested a teenager between 2010 and 2011. The victim, who is now 18, reported that he had been molested by Trueblood when he was 14 years old. According to a KRCR report, detectives were able to find probable cause and evidence that the accusations were true. Truebood was charged with eight counts of continuous sexual abuse of a minor.
